Each year 70,000 adolescents and young adults are diagnosed with cancer. Reid’s Run helps to fund the AYA Cancer Program at Connecticut Children’s Medical Center led by Dr. Michael Isakoff. With the development of new clinical trials, the program explores less toxic therapies and performs genomic testing to tailor treatments to the individual patient’s genetic makeup. Your participation supports this program, giving a chance for a bright future for these young adults.
