While we cannot guarantee the availability of physicians, staff or volunteers at community events, we can provide videos that showcase the mission and impact of Connecticut Children's.
If you're planning to seek sponsorships or request a donation of more than $5,000 (cash or in-kind), please let us know before reaching out to a business or organization. Working together helps us coordinate outreach and avoid duplicate requests. A donation request template is also included in your fundraising toolkit to help you get started.
We're here to help you promote your fundraiser with tools and resources available in your Fundraising Center. While we can't guarantee promotion through our social media channels, we encourage you to tag Connecticut Children's Foundation in your posts, and we'll do our best to share them when possible.
Yes! You can download the "In Support of Connecticut Children's Foundation" logo from your fundraising toolkit. To ensure consistent and accurate use of our brand, any materials featuring our name or logo should be reviewed and approved by our team before they are distributed or printed.
To ensure donations are credited to your fundraiser, we recommend sharing the link to your CYO fundraising page on Facebook instead of creating a Facebook Fundraiser. This allows every gift to count toward your fundraising goal while making it easy for your network to support your efforts.
Fundraisers are responsible for covering any event expenses and Connecticut Children's Foundation is unable to provide reimbursement. To help maximize your impact, we encourage keeping expenses to no more than 30% of the total amount raised. If you're collecting donations independently, you may deduct eligible expenses before submitting your contribution. For online fundraisers, donations made through your online fundraising page are processed directly to Connecticut Children's Foundation and cannot be reimbursed.
Thank you for supporting Connecticut Children's Foundation! Once your fundraiser is complete, you can submit the funds you've raised online or by mail. If mailing a check, please make it payable to Connecticut Children's Foundation and include the mail-in donation form from your Fundraising Toolkit.
